E-commerce Assistant (Full-Time – Remote) Modest Fashion E-commerce Brand We are hiring a disciplined and execution-focused E-commerce Assistant to support the daily operations and growth of a fast-growing modest fashion brand. This is a full-time remote role requiring strong organisation, consistency, and attention to detail. Role Objective: Your role is to execute, maintain, and support key areas of the business, including product listings, website management, SEO, email marketing, and operational support. You will begin with structured execution and progressively take on more responsibility over time. Key Responsibilities: - Create and upload product listings - Optimise product titles and descriptions (SEO-focused) - Maintain a clean and organised website - Improve product pages (clarity, structure, and conversion) - Manage and send email campaigns - Set up and maintain basic email flows - Organise product images and content - Carry out basic photo editing (cropping, resizing) - Support blog and content uploads - Assist with product launches and collections - Maintain tracking tools such as Google Sheets and Notion - Additional tasks may be assigned when needed, within a workload consistent with the role. Work Structure - Full-time: 8 hours per day - 5.5 days per week - Fixed working hours - Daily reporting required - Work activity and presence will be tracked using time-tracking software - Long-term position only Profile Required - Experience in e-commerce (WooCommerce preferred) - Strong attention to detail - Organised and structured - Able to handle multiple tasks - Reliable and consistent - Basic knowledge of SEO and email marketing - Basic photo editing skills - Good level of English is mandatory (written communication and understanding) Mindset We are looking for someone who: - takes responsibility for their work - is consistent and disciplined - is willing to learn and improve - works well in a team - This is a serious role, not a casual job.
