【Job Responsibilities】
◆ Foreign Affairs Management
- Responsible for communication and coordination with local government departments and partners
- Handle foreign-related procedures such as work permits and residence permits for foreign employees
- Organize cross-cultural business reception and translation support
◆ Policy Research and Compliance
- Real-time tracking of Algerian labor laws, tax policies and other regulatory dynamics
- Assist in the formulation of localized personnel management systems and compliance plans
- Provide local policy interpretation and implementation suggestions to management
◆ Team Operation Support
- Coordinate daily administrative work such as attendance management and file construction
- Assist in team building such as employee training and cultural activities
- Cooperate with the headquarters to complete human resources data reporting and analysis
【Job Requirements】
★ Hard Conditions
- More than 3 years of experience in administrative/personnel positions in multinational companies
- Proficient in English + French/Arabic (Chinese can be used as a working language as a bonus)
- Familiar with the labor law and regulations system of African countries (especially Central and North Africa)
★ Core Qualifications
- Possess excellent cross-cultural adaptation and crisis handling capabilities
- Good at policy interpretation and localized implementation of systems
- Candidates with experience in government affairs docking and foreign-related negotiations are preferred
★ Professional qualities
- Excellent teamwork spirit and stress resistance
- High sense of responsibility and proactive problem-solving awareness
- Able to adapt to long-term overseas assignment work mode
