1- إعداد دراسة  تقنية لحفر الابار . وتعتمد على مايلي: • الموقع الجغرافي للبئر. • جيولوجية الموقع المحدد. • هيدرولوجية وهيدروجيولوجية المكان المحدد أو الإقليم. • دراسة جيوفيزيائية. • دراسة فيزيائية و كيميائية للمياه.   2- المتابعة التقنية لمشروع إنجاز حفر الأبار . 3- إعداد تقرير تقني مابعد الحفر.( مخطط تقني للمشروع). 4- إعداد دراسة ملفات الفلاحين. المستثمرين الفلاحين والقروض الفلاحية. 5- التكفل بمتابعة ملفات الفلاحين على مستوى الإدارات. 6- إعداد دراسة ومتابعة شبكة الري , شبكات التطهير وشبكات الري الفلاحي. 7- إعداد مخططات الرفع الطبوغرافي. 8- كاميرا الابار لكشف وتقييم البير لإصلحه أو استبداله 1- Preparing a technical study for drilling wells.
